Argus Trend Plots
Argus
provides three types of trend plots.
Time plots show sensor data against time. Profile plots show
displacement data from in-place inclinometers or beam sensors.
Correlation plots show one series of data values plotted against
another series of data values.
The time plot below has two Y-scales. The left scale is water level
in meters of elevation. The right scale is barometric pressure
in millibars. The row of icons below the legend is a tool bar,
which provides additional features.

Trend
plots are set up in advance by an administrative user and
are then made available to other users via a drop-down list on
the control panel. Each
Argus project can have an unlimited number of trend plots.
When the user selects a plot from the list, Argus displays the
plot using the most recent data available. A tool bar at the
bottom of the plot lets the user scroll to earlier or later data,
zoom in or zoom out, print the plot, or download the data used
in the plot. The plot is a graphic image file, so it can also
be saved to disk for use in documents.
